Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 din Cluj-Napoca cuprinde 12 facult\u0103\u021bi \u00een cele dou\u0103 centre academice, Cluj-Napoca \u0219i Baia Mare, precum \u0219i \u00een loca\u021bii, precum Alba-Iulia, Bistri\u021ba, Satu Mare \u0219i Zal\u0103u. Oferta educa\u021bional\u0103, aliniat\u0103 la sistemul Bologna, include programe de licen\u021b\u0103, master \u0219i doctorat, precum \u0219i programe de formare continu\u0103. Universitatea are 12 facult\u0103\u021bi, unde \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea peste 900 de cadre academice \u0219i peste 21.000 de studen\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domeniile de studiu au o gam\u0103 larg\u0103, de la inginerie la arhitectur\u0103, \u0219tiin\u021be fundamentale, \u0219tiin\u021be socio-umane \u0219i arte. De asemenea, \u00een cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii Tehnice, Departamentul pentru Educa\u021bie Continu\u0103, \u00cenv\u0103\u021bare la Distan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i cu Frecven\u021b\u0103 Redus\u0103 organizeaz\u0103 \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i programe de formare continu\u0103, cursuri postuniversitare, programe sau cursuri de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 continu\u0103 sau pe baza standardelor ocupa\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 din Cluj-Napoca este preocupat\u0103 de schimbul interna\u021bional de valori \u0219tiin\u021bifice, iar aceast\u0103 tendin\u021b\u0103 se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een cele peste 400 de acorduri de colaborare interuniversitar\u0103 sau \u00een num\u0103rul mare de mobilit\u0103\u021bi studen\u021be\u0219ti. Deschiderea c\u0103tre spa\u021biul european \u0219i mondial al educa\u021biei \u0219i cercet\u0103rii printr-un proces constant de interna\u021bionalizare este unul dintre obiectivele majore ale universit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercetarea este, al\u0103turi de educa\u021bie, principala prioritate a Universit\u0103\u021bii Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca. \u00cen toate facult\u0103\u021bile universit\u0103\u021bii exist\u0103 structuri de cercetare, de la colective, grupuri \u0219i laboratoare, la centre \u0219i platforme de cercetare. Performan\u021ba ancorat\u0103 \u00een mediul socio-economic, vizibilitatea \u0219i cooperarea interna\u021bional\u0103 precum \u0219i noutatea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 \u0219i interdisciplinaritatea sunt c\u00e2teva dintre caracteristicile mediului de cercetare al Universit\u0103\u021bii Tehnice din Cluj-Napoca. Direc\u021biile de cercetare deschise sunt orientate c\u0103tre priorit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i perspective globale: de la tehnologia informa\u021biei \u0219i comunica\u021biilor la energie regenerabil\u0103 \u0219i ecologie; de la supraconductivitate, spintronica si nanomateriale, la management \u0219i robotic\u0103; de la mecatronic\u0103 \u0219i inginerie electric\u0103 la automobile \u0219i casa viitorului, sau la urbanism \u0219i societate. Cercetarea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103, prin natura sa creativ\u0103, reprezint\u0103 una dintre cele mai importante metode at\u00e2t \u00een \u200b\u200bformarea profesorilor sau cercet\u0103torilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een educarea studen\u021bilor universitari \u00een spiritul inova\u021biei, indiferent de nivelul de studiu. \u00cen Universitatea Tehnic\u0103 din Cluj-Napoca se promoveaz\u0103 cercetarea fundamental\u0103 \u0219i aplicat\u0103, precum \u0219i inova\u021bia. Coordonarea cercet\u0103rii \u0219tiin\u021bifice este realizat\u0103 de cadre academice cu experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een cercetare, \u0219i \u00een special de consilieri doctoranzi, baz\u00e2ndu-se pe implicarea larg\u0103 a facult\u0103\u021bii, a tinerilor cercet\u0103tori \u0219i a studen\u021bilor.
